It has operations in Khanty Mansiysk autonomous district, Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district, Tomsk and Omsk regions, and Chukotka autonomous district.
The company, formerly known as, OAO Siberian Oil Company, was founded in 1995 and is based in Moscow, Russia.
