Theodore F. Craver, Jr., is the president and CEO of Edison Mission Group (EMG), which manages the competitive power generation business of Edison International. EMG owns and operates independent power production facilities and provides capital and financial services supporting the growth of energy and infrastructure projects and services. Previously, Craver was executive vice president of parent company Edison International. He serves on the board of directors of the Electric Power Supply Association.

Mr. Hoffmann is a graduate of Georgetown University (BA 1972), Oxford University (Law BA 1975), and New York University (JD 1976) where he was a Root-Tilden Scholar.
Patrick Hurley, a managing director at Navigant Consulting, leads the energy practice's operations advisory services. He has 26 years of experience in operations, transaction due diligence, power and gas procurement, and business process outsourcing. He has also played key roles in strategic assessment and negotiation of agreements for acquisition of utility assets, power purchase agreements and major utility service outsourcing agreements.
Roger Kranenburg, a CFA Charter holder, is a director at Edison Electric Institute (EEI). Roger has many years of industry experience in the energy sector in senior R&D, product development, program management, technology strategy, corporate and business development roles. He has extensive domestic and international experience in the fields of engineering, business, and finance with credentials including an M Sc in electrical engineering and an MBA.
Darin Lowder is an associate of the Washington, DC office of Ballard Spahr. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr in 2006, Mr. Lowder held positions as an economist and a strategic marketing director at a publicly-owned home builder as well as a non-profit educational organization. Mr. Lowder is admitted to practice law in Virginia and is a graduate of George Mason University School of Law (JD 2006), Stanford University (MA 1994), and Brigham Young University (BA 1993).
Tim McClive is the director of power markets & forecasting at Pace. He has over 25 years experience in the electricity and energy sectors, specializing in economic and energy forecasting; pricing theory and applications in wholesale and retail markets; competitive and economic analysis of restructured markets; market power and antitrust studies; technology assessment; and general economic research. Mr. McClive oversees the development of gas, petroleum, coal, and power price forecasts at Pace.
Swami Venkataraman is a director in corporate and government ratings and is a member of the Utilities and Infrastructure Group at Standard & Poor's. Swami joined S&P's Indian affiliate CRISIL in 1997 and has worked in the U.S. since 1999. He is a chartered financial analyst and a member of the Securities Analysts of San Francisco. Swami holds a B Tech in electronics & communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, and an MBA in finance and information systems from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.
