Team Discount — Register 3 or more attendees simultaneously and pay €935 + vat per person. Price only applicable when you register three or more delegates simultaneously from the same organization, and may NOT be combined with any other promotional offer.

A block of rooms have been reserved for Platts European Refining Markets conference participants at preferential rates:
Standard rooms:
€200.00 per single occupancy per night
€225.00 per double occupancy per night
Club rooms:
€255.00 per single occupancy per night
€280.00 per double occupancy per night
Rates are inclusive of 6% VAT, 10% city tax, 16% service charge, and the elaborate buffet breakfast. To receive the preferential rates please quote the conference name when making your hotel reservation. Availability is limited and the rate is not guaranteed after the October 8, 2007.

There is no business centre within the hotel but it does have a convention office for printing and small modifications, hotel staff will be on hand to assist you.
Substitutions & Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking we must receive notice in writing before September 28, 2007 and you will be entitled to a 75% refund of the delegate fee paid. Cancellations received on or after September 28, 2007 will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.
In case of conference cancellation Platts liability is limited to refund the conference registration fee only. Platts reserves the right to alter this programme without prior notice.
